The food is pretty good. I order from here really just to get the bubble tea but every food option I have tried had been really good!

Lemon Chicken Noodles.... chicken was dry, noodles were dry, the whole thing was a disappointment....and I am NOT picky!!

Maybe not the best Vietnamese in Manhattan, but definitely a reliable and tasty option. Staff is always quick and attentive. They show they care about quality in the right subtle ways. Pho Saigon almost always my goto here.

LOVE their Phooo and Ban - Mi !!!

Hands down, some of the best Pho i've had in NYC. Amazing broth and flavor...incredible!

Worst Bahn mi I've ever had. It was cold and hard.
Posted 7 months ago by Lauren M.
The food is quite tasty, as are the boba teas. However, the congee is really just soup with rice in it, not actually rice porridge. But it is super tasty!

Delivery took forever so obviously the dumpling soup I ordered was cold - wasn't tasty to start with anyway! Won't order again.

The reason I'm giving a 1 star is more because I order extra Shrimps for $3 more, and they didn't send it!!!! IF they are charging for every little thing (such as additional hot sauce), then they should be very careful in making sure they got everything that was ordered and PAID for by the customer!!!! will not order again from this place.

I ordered from less than ten blocks away and they waited over half an hour to call and tell me I was too far away for delivery. From the other reviews doesn't sound like I'm missing much.

Disgusting. Tastes of fat!

Pho was not good - it was a sweet broth which was weird, and had too much chicken in it and the noodles were big flat noodles instead of the rice vermicelli ones you usually get with pho. Veggie dumplings were soggy and didn't have much veggie, just some cabbage maybe.

Worst Banh Mi Sandwich I've had in NYC.

Very good food. Very fast delivery. Very good prices. What else can I say?
Will definitely order to this place again!

I have no idea how this place got four stars. The rice tasted spoiled and they spilled my drink all over my food.

great price, great size portion, i got the bbq honey pork with noodle bowl. $1 extra noodles and i couldnt finish it all. the black bubble tea with milk is so good.

Love their veggie dumpling soup. So flavorful and light feeling.

Tried this place for the first time and was disappointed. The food was flavorless, except for the mass amount of cilantro in EVERYTHING.

There was MILDEW on the tapioca pudding!
The salad was mediocre but ok - although I can't be sure the chicken was ok until tomorrow I guess... - but when I wanted to eat my desert I noticed that there is mildew on top of the tapioca. I did not let the pudding sit out in a warm place and it was still showing condensation from the fridge so this certainly did not develop after it was delivered. Unbelievable!

Both 6-spice and Sai Gon sandwich are pretty good. Delivery is fast as well.
2 minor things:
- the summer roll was riped open when I received it. Bad wrapping I guess.
- strawberry green tea bubble tea doesn't seem to have any taste of green tea. All I can taste is strawberry ice-cream - like flavor.

The banh mi was far from the best one I've ever had but it was OK. Delivery time was pretty fast. Might order again due to the lack of banh mi options in Hell's Kitchen.

The duck sandwich was amazing, but adding the extra is well worth it. It's fairly big on its own and is really good. The taro tapioca is sweet, but not overly so. Super fast delivery too!

you can get the noodles separate, love that.

great pho broth! pork is very dry in the spring rolls but had flavor

The cashiers (especially the man) are a little rude and if you're not a businessman in a suit of a certain variety, they are not all that welcoming (take from that what you will). But the sandwiches are decent (although they could use more veggies), the coffee is great and the pho, as many are saying, is disappointing.

The PORTIONS ARE so SMALL and flavorless! I do not recommend this place if you're hungry.

Oh Boi!!! This place has some pretty stellar customer service! Right after ordering we received a call to let us know that the sauce chosen in the Vegetarian noodle box contained fish. Thanks for the Catch ;) Boi the delivery was fast and the food tasty.

Roast pork bun was kinda nasty and smelled funny. The shrimp roll, tapioca and bubble tea were good though! I will have to try the soups and sandwich to really make a decision whether I truly like the place or not.

Delivery took way over an hour; noodle soup came cold; vietnamese ice coffee came all spilled (and without a straw). Do not tip the delivery man ahead. Sometimes restaurants preset minimum delivery charge but I don't think that's right. We tip them according to their speed and service. This restaurant should hire more delivery men during lunch hours. What an annoying experience.

Awesome curried chicken meatballs. Prob best meatball dish I've ever had.
The dumplings were nothing special. And the noodle dish was pretty bad. The chicken smelled kinda funky. Yikes. Prob won't order here again but if you do def check out the curried chicken meatballs

WORST....BANH MI.....EVER. It came wet, sloppy, barely any meat on it, terrible baguette. I haven't had this bad a meal for a long time. AVOID

Their Bahn Mi sandwiches are delicious. The dumpling soup is also very good and filling. I always have a good experience with Boi noodles.

Super-fast, fresh, and tasty!
Very quick delivery (less than 30 minutes) and fabulous dumpling soup, just what I needed! A little pricey, but worth it for the flavor and quickness!
Posted a year ago by Kara N.
They suggest 60-75 minutes but my food arrived, cold and wet, after 140 minutes. Though they do a nice pickled daikon and carrot, the chicken on the banh mi was not, in fact, chicken but chicken product, a slimy sort of patty of processed chicken stuffs. Not enticing.

Oh boy! Finally, a decent, authentic Vietnamese delivery in this hood! I tried the Coconut Curried Basa Fish Fillet Fried Rice Bowl, the seafood noodle soup and the green papaya salad. They were great! It is fresh and taste exactly like the noodle soup I tasted on the sidewalk in Ho chi min city! Bonus point, price is very reasonable and delivery was fast. Definitely recommend!

Food was great. The delivery was a bit lackluster seeing that I had to wait in the snow for twenty minutes only to find out that the delivery man had already left my office. The lemongrass noodle soup is light yet filling and when you get it with additional bokchoy, they don't skimp on the veggies.

Get the chicken noodle or chicken rice dish! Its pretty good! Ask for extra brown sauce and you are set! We order from there twice a week. Mostly because Dan is obsessed with Boi's

a little skimpy on the amount of noodles in the pho, otherwise the quality and delivery time was fast. will def order again

This is good. I like the beef pho and the pork buns

Absolutely the worst banh mi I have ever had the misfortune to encounter. I don't know what was on my sandwich, but it was not the shrimp I ordered. I'm not sure it was edible. The bread was completely soggy, the "meat" was fake, and the whole thing went in the garbage after a bite.

Banh mi "Saigon" arrived w/ only 2 of the 4 meats advertised (no pate and no bbq pork)!!! Very disappointed.

the noodle was terrible! beef was beyond chewy and overcooked. the noodles tasted like they've been soaked in the soup for days. ew.

Delicious, reliable, prompt. Great healthy option near Times Sq

I've ordered from Boi a couple of times and it always disappoints everytime I give it another chance. The ingredients are never fresh. The pho is always overcooked. They forgot to put pate on a banh mi I ordered. Nothing taste like vietnamese food. It's cheaper relative to the restaurants around the area. I guess you get what you pay for.

Worst Pho I have ever had: meat is chewy, discolored, and full of fat. The noodles aren’t even Pho noodles they are flat Thai noodles, not the same thing!! It came already put together which meant the noodles were even mushier. The broth was also nothing great and the hot sauce was watered down. I couldn’t even eat it. Save your money and don’t order from here.

Got the viet sandwich. prepare for gum destruction. the toasted bread was sooo hard. but that's just how viet sandwichs are i guess. but it wasn't very good as well.

Not a huge fan. Shrimp roll was good, sandwich had a sauce that was a bit too sweet.

Also the Taro with Milk Boba... mmmm

Banh Mi is very very good.

Thought it would be important to mention that they now offer a separate bowl for Pho noodles to make sure they stay firm in transit. It is a 50 cent charge. Overall, the food was delivered promptly and although the quality of the beef in the Pho Saigon was pretty terrible, the soup itself was good.

The best vietnamese sandwiches on seamless!
Posted 3 years ago by MEISEE H.
I dig the Chicken Pho soup at Boi. Not a traditional Pho, because the noodles are not the skinny kind, but in the winter with snow on the ground this hits the spot. Lots of fresh cilantro and well seasoned soup. The coconut agar is a little stiff, so I'll pass on that next time.

it was very good for lunch.

My co-workers and I decided to give this place a try. I got a BBQ Pork Sandwich and it was yummy. BBQ Pork was tender and flavorful while the veggies in the sandwich gave you that crunchy sweet & sour refreshing flavor which became a perfect summery lunch. I'd definitely order from this place again.

Ordered the Pho. The soup was delivered in one container - broth, noodles, etc. - so that the noodles absorbed all the broth and became very soft and mushy. Any half-way decent noodle soup place would know to separate these, but when I called them, I was told that this is the default delivery method and that I would need to pay 50 cent extra (not in the special instructions box, by the way) for an extra container. I would rather they raise the cost of the soup and have the soup contents separated than anyone have to unknowingly receive bloated noodles expecting two containers, as I did.
